We are on Day 4 and have made progress but also one digression (who doesn't crave Red Robin every once in awhile?) from the plan LOL (wow only took 3 days to do that?) hahaha.....
Day 1 - Dinner at in-laws for New Year's Day
Day 2 - Lunch - leftovers from yesterday Dinner - Chicken Penne Alfredo (made from scratch without a recipe - just used what I had on hand)
Day 3 - Lunch - Red Robin (we had a coupon and I was craving a burger, yumm! OOP was only $20 for 3 of us) Dinner - Stuffed Chicken Breasts I had in the freezer already with scalloped potatoes
Day 4 - Lunch - Salads Dinner - Skillet Pork Chops with Baked Beans
Tomorrow is Day 5 and I plan to make Salmon...have any good recipes?
