I love the fruit varieties of Yoplait! Sometimes I even throw in a little granola. Not only does it satisfy my sweet tooth, it makes for a great meal on the run!

Hi Lisa,

One of the tricks I've learned to outsmart temptation is to brush your teeth right after dinner- that way you won't be tempted to snack, and have to brush again!

I just had one of the Peach ones today! They are really yummy. My favorite way to avoid temptation is to put it off. Usually the urge will subside and I am more than happy with something lower calorie

I tried the Boston Cream Pie flavor yesterday and it's very tasty too. I usually prefer the fruit ones but I stocked up on about 20 different varieties this week since Big Y has them 20/$10. I stacked a bunch of coupons I had and their dollar doubler coupon so i purchased them for about $.20 each!!! Can't beat that :)
Just be sure to check the dates on them so you can go 3-4 weeks if you purchase a large quantity at once.

I usually CAN'T avoid a dessert... I have a serious sweet tooth. :) But- what I do when I'm really trying hard is have 3-5 chocolate chips (usually with a cup of tea). I try to savor each one by letting it melt in my mouth insteado of shoving the whole handful in! I still feel like I've had a treat and I've only indulged in a few extra calories.

To "outsmart" that dessert temptation, I try to avoid walking past the "snack" cabinet. If I pass by, and can't resist, I'll grab only a couple of m&m's. Thanks!
